01

Prohibited Content

IN PLAIN ENGLISH
No CSAM, no non-consensual intimate imagery, no targeted harassment, no electoral disinformation, no fraud.

V8-MOTION must not be used to produce: child sexual abuse material; non-consensual intimate imagery of any kind; content depicting real, identifiable individuals in fabricated criminal acts; targeted harassment or doxxing; content designed to deceive voters about candidates, voting processes, or election outcomes; financial or identity fraud; or content that violates applicable law in the operator’s jurisdiction or the platform’s primary jurisdictions.

02

Talent Compliance

IN PLAIN ENGLISH
Cast within the licensed scope. Don’t put marketplace talent in roles their license excludes.

Every marketplace talent has executed a Licensing Agreement defining permissible use. Common exclusions include: political messaging without express consent; adult content; content depicting illegal activity; uses in jurisdictions specifically excluded. Operators are responsible for casting within license scope. Violations expose the operator to direct liability to the talent and immediate suspension from the platform.

04

Provenance Integrity

IN PLAIN ENGLISH
Don’t strip the credential. Don’t falsify the audit trail.

Stripping, altering, or obscuring the C2PA credential chain is a material breach. Falsifying audit packet content — engine attestations, consent records, gate signatures — is grounds for immediate termination and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

05

Enforcement

IN PLAIN ENGLISH
Suspected violations reviewed within 24 hours. Confirmed violations result in suspension.

Suspected violations are reviewed by a Trust & Safety operator within 24 hours of report. Confirmed violations result in: (1) immediate suspension of the relevant project; (2) removal of distributed outputs where Beltech retains control; (3) referral to talent or affected parties; (4) referral to law enforcement where applicable. Operators may appeal in writing within 14 days.
